Description
Petrified wood is formed when a tree trunk lies buried for thousands of years and its fibres are gradually replaced by minerals, preserving the original shape of the wood as it turns to stone. Its beige, sand, black and ochre tones come from natural minerals such as iron, manganese, silica and magnesium, which are responsible for its unique grain and colour variations.
For daily care, clean with warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive products, acids or scouring pads that may alter its natural matt finish.
Ideal for elegant and serene bathrooms, it pairs particularly well with natural wood, microcement, marble and taps in black or brushed gold.
